SAN FRANCISCO (January 20, 2016) – Holland & Knight today announced that Faith Bruins has joined its San Francisco office as a partner in the firm’s Syndication Group. She was previously a partner with Nixon Peabody.
Ms. Bruins represents syndicators, direct investors, for-profit and nonprofit developers, lenders and deal sponsors in structuring tax credit transactions intended to maximize financial and tax benefits and community impact.
