LOS ANGELES (May 23, 2016) – Holland & Knight real estate attorney Ashley Jason has been honored by the State Bar of California’s Real Property Law Section with its prestigious Morning Star Award. The award is presented each year to one or more California young lawyers in recognition of their demonstrated early promise in real property practice and dedication of service to the State Bar and the highest ethical standards.
Ms. Jason is an associate in Holland & Knight’s Los Angeles office and a member of the firm’s West Coast Real Estate Group. She practices in the areas of commercial real estate, real estate finance with a focus on secured lending transactions, loan sales, workouts and deeds-in-lieu of foreclosure, commercial property acquisition and disposition transactions, and retail and office leasing. In 2015, she received an Outstanding Young Lawyer Award from the Los Angeles County Bar Association Real Property Section.

Ms. Jason received the Morning Star Award on May 21 at the Real Property Section’s annual retreat in Monterey, Calif.
