HOUSTON (July 14, 2016) – Labor and employment attorney Charles Jeremiah has joined Holland & Knight’s Houston office as a partner. He was formerly a partner with Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith.

"His extensive litigation and trial experience will be an asset to our clients who face significant disputes with their employees."
Mr. Jeremiah represents employers in labor and employment disputes and is board certified in labor and employment law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He routinely represents and advises businesses and governmental entities with respect to litigation and strategic planning and labor and employment law matters, and drafts employment agreements, manuals and other critical documents.

Mr. Jeremiah received his B.B.A. degree from Emory University and his J.D. degree, with honors, from Tulane Law School. He is involved in several local and state bar activities and currently serves as chair of the Houston Bar Association Historical Committee. Mr. Jeremiah maintains an AV Preeminent Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
Holland & Knight opened its Houston office in September 2015. Its Houston lawyers focus on trials and dispute resolution of complex commercial matters.
