"Kathryn has a reputation for providing exceptional service to clients on highly complex matters," said Joe Guay, leader of the firm's national Real Estate Section. "For the past several years, she has advised a multibillion-dollar investment fund on a wide spectrum of real estate, corporate and fund formation issues. She has the experience and insight to advise the firm's growing number of private equity clients in the future."
"Kathryn is a best-in-class transactional attorney, and we're extremely fortunate to reunite with her as partners at Holland & Knight," said Mr. Faust. "Her impressive skill set in real estate joint ventures and significant legal experience in New York and South Florida are the perfect complement and natural addition to our real estate practice. With Kathryn on board, we immediately expand our team's bandwidth and substantive capabilities, allowing us to better service increasing demand while also strengthening our platform for future growth together."
"At Holland & Knight, I'll be surrounded by incredibly talented and hardworking individuals with nationwide resources at our disposal," said Ms. Goldberger. "I am excited for the opportunity to work with my former colleagues to help our clients build strong foundations for their investments and transformative projects in South Florida and across the United States."
Ms. Goldberger earned a J.D. degree from Georgetown University Law Center and a B.A. degree from Barnard College. She is admitted to practice in Florida and New York.
With nearly 300 lawyers nationally, Holland & Knight's Real Estate Section is one of the largest of any U.S. law firm.
