Timothy Andrea is an attorney in Holland & Knight's Boston office and a member of the firm's Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice. Mr. Andrea focuses his practice in the area of general civil litigation. He has successfully represented clients in commercial disputes in state and federal courts.
Mr. Andrea's litigation experience spans a broad range of legal issues, including complex commercial disputes, data privacy litigation, consumer class actions, product liability litigation, securities litigation, breach of contract, fraud claims, trade secret litigation, commercial arbitration and real estate litigation.
While in law school, Mr. Andrea prosecuted cases as a Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court Rule 3:03 certified student attorney and worked as a judicial intern for the Honorable Gregg Pasquale of the Massachusetts Superior Court. Mr. Andrea also served as a managing editor of the Boston College Law Review and clerked for the Honorable Scott L. Kafker of the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts.
