Norman B. Antin is an attorney in Holland & Knight's Washington, D.C., office. Mr. Antin has an extensive transactional business practice, in which he advises clients on public and private financings and securities issuances, mergers and acquisitions, and sophisticated bank regulatory issues before federal and state regulatory agencies.

Mr. Antin represents community banks and other financial institutions, mortgage and specialty finance companies, investment banking firms, and private equity and hedge funds. His representation covers asset sales and acquisitions, mergers, leveraged and management buyouts and other corporate reorganizations.

In addition, Mr. Antin has extensive experience with initial and secondary public offerings and private placements of debt and equity securities, including offerings of common stock, preferred stock, debt securities, warrants, and hybrid instruments as well as convertible debt and equity securities. He provides counseling and assistance on mergers and a wide range of other acquisition transactions and other corporate reorganizations. He also advises clients on anti-takeover and tender offer defenses, and regulatory and compliance matters as well as corporate, securities, and tax matters.
