Overview

Alan Baden focuses his practice on corporate finance, private equity, master limited partnerships, and mergers and acquisition transactions. He represents U.S. and non-U.S. public and private companies and underwriters, with 40 years of experience in the energy industry. Mr. Baden represents clients engaged in exploration and production as well as those in the service and pipeline sectors of the energy business. His practice includes public and private mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance (including representation of boards of directors and special committees), public company reporting, public and private offerings (including international and domestic Rule 144A financings), private equity investments, and other M&A and capital markets activities.
