Elizabeth Barrett

Elizabeth Barrett is a business and corporate attorney in Holland & Knight's Tampa office. Ms. Barrett focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), securities and corporate governance.

Ms. Barrett advises public and private clients on all aspects of their business operations from corporate governance and risk management to M&A, dispositions, joint ventures, spinoffs, securities filings and other growth opportunities.

During law school, Ms. Barrett served as the president of the Legal Association for Women as well as a mentor in a leadership program for high school students in Brooklyn, New York.

Prior to law school, Ms. Barrett managed teams of computer engineers and designers on the production and implementation of digital campaigns for consumer brands in Los Angeles and New York.
