Lee C. Baxter


Lee C. Baxter is an Anchorage litigation attorney who practices in commercial litigation, real property matters, Indian and Alaska Native law, government relations and contracting.

Subsequent to receiving his law degree, Mr. Baxter clerked for Justice Jim Rice of the Montana Supreme Court and U.S. Magistrate Judge Deborah M. Smith of the U.S. District Court for the District of Alaska. While in law school, Mr. Baxter was editor in chief of the Montana Law Review and graduated in the top five percent of his class and prosecuted misdemeanors for a local county attorney's office.
