Gage B. Beekman

Gage Beekman is a real estate attorney in Holland & Knight's Dallas office and a member of the Real Estate Capital Markets Team. Mr. Beekman represents clients in connection with commercial real estate transactions and finance matters, including loan originations and modifications within commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) transactions.

Mr. Beekman also has experience representing business professionals and institutional clients in connection with business and corporate mergers and acquisitions (M&A), real estate purchases and sales, commercial finance and development, loan modifications and workouts, and leasing.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Beekman was an attorney at a boutique law firm in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
