Rosalyn R. Broad is a healthcare attorney in Holland & Knight's New York office. Ms. Broad focuses her practice on transactional and regulatory matters of healthcare law.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Broad worked as an attorney for a boutique healthcare firm in Nashville, Tennessee, where she represented physicians and healthcare entities in a variety of healthcare transactions and regulatory and credentialing issues.

During law school, Ms. Broad served as a managing editor of the Tulane Journal of International and Comparative Law. She also served as a student attorney for the Innocence Project New Orleans (IPNO), where she provided representation for wrongly convicted prisoners serving life sentences in Louisiana.

Not yet admitted to New York Bar; admitted to Tennessee Bar only and practicing under supervision of lawyers licensed to practice in New York.
