Overview
Emily A. Butcher is a corporate attorney in Holland & Knight's Boston office and a member of the firm's Healthcare & Life Sciences Team. Ms. Butcher advises clients on healthcare regulatory issues as well as fraud, abuse and compliance matters.
During law school, Ms. Butcher interned for a world leader in adult and pediatric cancer treatment and research in the Office of General Counsel. She also interned for a risk management organization, and in the compliance department of a global biopharmaceutical company.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Butcher worked in residential mental healthcare and in administrative grant coordination for a large teaching hospital in Massachusetts.
