Rachel Y. Chuang is a general litigation attorney in Holland & Knight's Los Angeles office. She has federal and state experience in multiplaintiff product liability cases, consumer class actions, managed healthcare disputes and public rights matters. Ms. Chuang also has handled litigation cases within the technology and mobile data sectors.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Chuang practiced at another international law firm, where she worked on a broad range of commercial and life sciences litigation matters. In addition, Ms. Chuang clerked for the Honorable S. James Otero in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California during the 2019-2020 judicial term.
Ms. Chuang is involved with various pro bono efforts and has assisted with amicus briefing to the U.S. Supreme Court as well as several immigration and family law cases.
While in law school, Ms. Chuang was a judicial extern in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, as well as in the criminal and national security division of the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Central District of California. She was also a finalist in the New York City Bar Association's National Moot Court Competition in 2018.
