David A. Cox


David Cox is a Washington, D.C., attorney who focuses his practice in the areas of construction law, government contracts and commercial litigation. Mr. Cox represents general contractors and subcontractors in contract disputes.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Cox litigated construction defect cases and insurance coverage relating to general contractors and developers.

Mr. Cox earned a degree in construction management and has construction managerial experience in both the field and office. Since 2009, Mr. Cox has been certified as a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP). He is also an Associate Constructor with the American Institute of Constructors.
