Bradley W. Crocker is a trial attorney who focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, class actions, appeals and creditors' rights. Based in Holland & Knight's Jacksonville office, Mr. Crocker is an experienced commercial trial attorney and has second-chaired multiple trials, helping to procure judgments in favor of his clients on each occasion.
Mr. Crocker has a significant background in handling high-stakes litigation matters, including class actions, bet-the-company litigation, business and partnership disputes, bankruptcy and creditors' rights litigation, non-compete and trade secret litigation and various other business torts in federal and state court. He also is an appellate lawyer, with experience handling appellate matters in landlord-tenant disputes, municipal code enforcement matters and class actions.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Crocker worked at a Tampa-based commercial firm, where he represented financial institutions in creditors' rights and lender liability actions, as well as private companies and individuals in various business and partnership disputes.
While in law school, Mr. Crocker worked with the head researcher at a real estate-focused hedge fund, successfully influencing the hedge fund's model to account for legal variables. He also was a member of the Florida Moot Court Team, and participated in the Global Antitrust Institute Invitational Moot Court Competition in Washington, D.C., where his team was honored as the national runner-up.
In the community, Mr. Crocker has pursued his entrepreneurial passions by counseling early-stage companies as they traverse the obstacles inherent in the vernal stages of business development and fundraising. Such representations have included general business consulting, drafting various service and other agreements, and advisory on deal structure for emerging ventures and startup companies.
