Janelle L. Davis is a trial lawyer and trusted counselor who provides legal advice on a variety of issues related to legal ethics.

Ms. Davis has tried numerous jury cases, in both civil and criminal court, and she has advised clients on matters involving advertising, aviation, products liability, and other complex commercial disputes, including class actions and regulatory compliance.   • Negotiated favorable settlement of personal injury case against U.S. airline in case involving allegations of negligence in maintenance of airport jet bridge
  • Defended national men's footwear and accessories company against negligence, strict products liability, and breach of warranty claims involving alleged injuries resulting from the wear of company's shoes
  • Research and briefing regarding recoverable damages in products liability case involving engine manufacturer; summary judgment obtained for manufacturer
  • Representation of medical device manufacturer in regional cases involving mesh products
  • Representation of pharmaceutical company in national hormone therapy litigation
  • Obtained defense verdict in representation of major U.S. air carrier in federal court jury trial arising out of wrongful death claim brought by family of decedent
