Maria Camila Diaz

María Camila Díaz is an attorney in Holland & Knight's Bogotá office. Ms. Díaz focuses her practice on issues related to the international and national tax consultancy, as well as corporate structuring issues and analysis of the application of agreements to avoid double taxation.

During her professional career, Ms. Díaz has worked as a lawyer and consultant in legal and tax services, mainly involving the search for tax efficiencies and reduction of contingencies.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Díaz worked as an intern and associate in several recognized and worldwide taxation consulting firms, such as PwC (PricewaterhouseCoopers). She advised clients in the structuring of advisory and tax planning strategies for domestic and foreign individuals, as well as companies in domestic and international operations.
