Lindsey Dundas is a business attorney in Holland & Knight's Denver office, where she focuses her practice on general corporate and transactional matters. Ms. Dundas represents public and privately held companies with respect to mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate formation, and governance and compliance.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Dundas was a law clerk for a small law firm in Denver, where she focused on class action litigation.
During law school, Ms. Dundas was a student attorney in the University of Colorado Law School Getches-Wilkinson Center for Natural Resources, Energy and the Environment. She also completed internships with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Denver International Airport and the Colorado Attorney General's Office. Additionally, Ms. Dundas served as an articles editor for the University of Colorado Law Review and a teaching assistant for an introductory contracts course.
