  • Served as second-chair trial counsel in two-week federal murder-for-hire trial, including cross-examination of two witnesses; interviewed expert witnesses and prepared direct examination for same; developed strategy for and drafted motion for reconsideration of decision on motion to dismiss, pre- and post-trial motions, and jury instructions and related briefing; handled post-trial hearing on location and conditions of incarceration; on appeal, developed strategy for and drafted appellate and reply briefs; developed strategy and helped prepare for appellate argument
