David V. Egan

David V. Egan is an attorney in Holland & Knight's Boston office and a member of the Tax Credit Transactions Practice. Mr. Egan focuses his practice on low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) transactions.

In addition, Mr. Egan is experienced in matters related to tax, corporate and bankruptcy law.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Egan interned for the Honorable Lawrence E. Kahn in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York and for the Honorable Robert E. Littlefield in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of New York.
