Roberto Favila

Roberto Favila is a financing and capital markets attorney in Holland & Knight's Mexico City office. He advises Mexican and international companies on real estate investment trusts (REITs), structured financing and real estate transactions.

Mr. Favila has experience in the steel and electromobility industries. In addition, he has significant background in public administration and regulatory analysis, and within the energy, environment and sustainability sectors.

Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Favila participated in international organizations focusing on the economic, social, cultural and environmental impacts on human rights across Latin America.
