Overview
Dina R. Gayanova is a data privacy and cybersecurity attorney in Holland & Knight's Philadelphia office. Ms. Gayanova focuses her practice on a wide array of counseling, transactional and incident response matters.
Ms. Gayanova advises clients on regulatory compliance obligations under federal, state and international privacy laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA), Colorado Privacy Act (CPA), Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). She also has experience drafting and reviewing privacy policies, terms of use, privacy notices and cookies policies for websites and applications to be compliant with all applicable data security and privacy laws for a wide range of clients.
In addition, Ms. Gayanova drafts and negotiates agreements and advises clients on technology and data privacy agreements, such as data protection agreements and data use agreements. She also counsels clients in responding to a variety of data breaches as well as regulatory and state attorney general investigations.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Gayanova was an attorney at a national law firm in Philadelphia.
