Overview
Matthew Gjonaj is a real estate attorney in Holland & Knight's Atlanta office. Mr. Gjonaj focuses his practice on a variety of real estate and corporate transactions throughout the country, including leasing, acquisition, disposition, development and management of commercial real estate matters.
Mr. Gjonaj represents clients in purchase, sale and leasing transactions involving shopping centers, outparcels, freestanding locations, office buildings, industrial and warehouse space and raw land for commercial use. His experience also includes advising national hotel chains and automobile dealerships. In connection with these transactions, Mr. Gjonaj drafts leases, purchase and sale agreements, subordination, non-disturbance and attornment agreements (SNDAs), other lease documents and closing documents. Additionally, he counsels clients on resolving title, survey and due diligence matters, environmental issues and other site development issues.
