Shannon Glen is a litigation attorney in Holland & Knight's Austin office. Ms. Glen represents clients in a variety of complex commercial litigation matters. She handles environmental litigation related to chemical exposure torts and pipeline construction disputes. Ms. Glen also handles Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) litigation and counsels corporate clients in Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) investigations.
In addition, Ms. Glen has experience with drafting pleadings and pre-trial motion practice, including drafting summary judgment motions, mediation statements, and trial bench briefs on various legal issues. She also handles all phases of discovery and pre-trial motion practice.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Glen was an attorney in the Houston office of an international law firm.
During law school, Ms. Glen served as an articles editor for the SMU Law Review and participated in the Jeffrey G. Miller National Environmental Law Moot Court Team. She also competed in the Willem C. Vis International Arbitration Moot in Vienna, Austria. In addition, Ms. Glen completed a judicial internship with the Honorable Martin Hoffman in the 68th Civil District Court of Dallas County, Texas.
