Juliana Isabel Gloria

Juliana I. Gloria Carbonell is a business attorney in Holland & Knight's Bogotá office. Ms. Gloria focuses her practice on Colombian corporate and tax law.

Ms. Gloria creates legal documents related to corporate affairs, conducts research on tax and corporate matters, and assists in drafting agreements and designing corporate strategies.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight in her current role, Ms. Gloria was a law clerk in the firm's Bogotá office. Previously, Ms. Gloria completed an internship at one of the high courts in Colombia, where she drafted orders and decisions, as well as carried out research on substantive and procedural matters related to administrative and civil law.
