Kathryn Goldberger is a real estate attorney in Holland & Knight's West Palm Beach and Miami offices. Ms. Goldberger represents clients in connection with the acquisition, capitalization, development and disposition of real estate assets throughout the United States. Ms. Goldberger focuses much of her practice on joint venture transactions, representing capital sources, operating partners, developers, controlling parties and minority interest-holders in a variety of multitiered structures. She has significant experience representing clients in the acquisition and development of multifamily, industrial and hospitality properties, including related acquisition and construction financings.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Goldberger was in-house counsel to a global real estate private equity company headquartered in West Palm Beach. She worked closely with deal teams to analyze and mitigate risks across the real estate portfolio, consisting mainly of office, industrial, multifamily, ground-up residential and hospitality properties. She oversaw the acquisition, development, joint venture formation, financing, entitlement process, leasing activity and eventual disposition for most investments. Ms. Goldberger also worked closely with the company's institutional investors during the fund formation process.

Ms. Goldberger began her career as a real estate associate at a large institutional firm in New York, where she represented private equity portfolio companies in the acquisition, financing and disposition of real estate assets, including mobile home parks, hotels, office and industrial portfolios.
