Overview
Siobhan M. Green is a New York real estate attorney who focuses her practice on commercial real estate leasing transactions. Ms. Green is well-versed in handling office and retail leasing of high-end properties in the prime business districts of Manhattan. She is involved in all aspects of the leasing process, including negotiating leases and consulting with clients on term sheets or letters of intent.
Ms. Green has significant experience in representing prestigious landlords with the leasing of large retail spaces, such as a nearly 2 million-square-foot Park Avenue building, two prominent buildings located in Lower Manhattan comprising approximately 5 million square feet and one of New York City's most iconic office and retail complexes comprising approximately 8 million square feet.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Green was a real estate attorney for a global law firm, and represented major New York City landlords, such as Brookfield Financial Properties and SL Green, and tenants, such as Soros Fund Management.
In addition, Ms. Green participated with a team panel lecturing on leasing topics for Columbia University's MBA program. She also has a background in accounting and was a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in New York before working as a real estate attorney.
