Samantha Greenfield

Samantha V. Greenfield is an employment attorney in Holland & Knight's New York office and a member of the firm's Labor, Employment and Benefits Practice Group. Ms. Greenfield represents employers before federal, state and local administrative agencies and courts in a broad scope of employment litigation, including single and multiplaintiff discrimination and harassment actions. Ms. Greenfield represents national clients in the technology and automotive industries.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Greenfield represented a broad range of clients, including the largest creditor in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico's bankruptcy, individuals facing U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) investigations, as well as companies and individuals in an array of contract disputes. Ms. Greenfield also assisted in conducting corporate and employment internal investigations.

During law school, Ms. Greenfield was an Alexander Fellow for the Honorable Joseph A. Greenaway Jr. of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and served as a legal extern for the Honorable John M. Leventhal of the Supreme Court of New York, Appellate Division, Second Judicial Department.
