Mac Griffin is a Jacksonville attorney who focuses his practice on real estate, construction and insurance-related litigation.

Mr. Griffin is experienced in handling complex state and federal court actions. He assists in defending fortune 500 companies in real estate insurance disputes, including bad faith and extra-contractual issues. Mr. Griffin also represents builders, developers, owners and contractors in a wide variety of construction-related matters, including lien disputes, construction defect claims and other contractual disputes.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Griffin defended a wide variety of contractors and developers in multimillion-dollar construction defect cases, and also practiced in various commercial litigation. Before moving to Jacksonville, Mr. Griffin began his practice in a boutique firm in Cincinnati, Ohio. During this time, he conducted multiple juvenile bench trials and gained experience in personal injury and domestic relations law.

While attending law school, Mr. Griffin interned with the public defender's office in Jacksonville. He also attended a semester externship with Kroger in Cincinnati.
