Courtney Groh is a Boston corporate attorney and member of Holland & Knight's Healthcare & Life Sciences Team and the Mergers and Acquisitions Team.
Ms. Groh focuses her practice on healthcare entities and corporations. She is well-versed in advising a wide range of clients, including health plans, pharmacy benefit managers, pharmaceutical manufacturers, medical device companies, pharmacies, wholesale drug distributors, medical groups, home health agencies, disease management companies and healthcare technology companies.
In particular, Ms. Groh regularly counsels clients in matters involving enforcement of the federal Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), and the federal False Claims Act (FCA).
In addition, Ms. Groh represents clients in a variety of corporate and contractual transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, licensing, and services-related transactions. She also is experienced in advising medical groups on organizational issues, employment agreements, regulatory and commercial audits, and certificate of public need (COPN) requirements.
