Laura Tatiana Gutiérrez Montenegro is a corporate attorney in Holland & Knight's Bogotá office.

Ms. Gutiérrez Montenegro focuses her practice on legal commercial matters, corporate governance and compliance. She has experience in the incorporation of legal entities and the implementation of major corporate changes, including proceedings before the Chamber of Commerce of Bogotá and advisory regarding the best way to implement said changes. Ms. Gutiérrez Montenegro also advises clients in the preparation of agreements and legal documents necessary for the day-to-day operation of companies.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Gutiérrez Montenegro worked for a boutique law firm in Bogotá as a member of its corporate services team. Her practice involved attending hearings, assisting with client needs and in the review, monitoring and promotion of judicial proceedings. Previously, she also worked for another boutique law firm in Bogotá where she performed due diligence activities related to compliance and criminal law.
