Overview
Alex Hadduck is a litigation attorney in Holland & Knight's Portland office. Mr. Hadduck litigates a broad variety of commercial disputes and is experienced in all stages of commercial litigation. He has effectively resolved matters regarding patent, trademark, trade secret and copyright disputes, employment and landlord-tenant class actions, will contests and consumer finance disputes. In addition, he handles a variety of business-to-business disputes ranging from easements and real property-related matters to contract-, tort- and securities-related disputes among board members and commercial partners.
In addition, Mr. Hadduck maintains an active pro bono practice, providing comprehensive litigation services to underserved clients.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Hadduck worked at an international law firm and took two intellectual property (IP) cases to jury trial in federal court. During law school, he served as the articles editor for the Hastings Law Journal and externed for the Honorable Jon S. Tigar of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
Prior to law school, Mr. Hadduck was a Peace Corps volunteer in Ghana.
