Victoria "Tory" Junkins is a real estate attorney in Holland & Knight's Tysons office and a member of the firm's Land Use and Government Team.

Ms. Junkins focuses her practice on both land use entitlements and commercial real estate transactions, with a specific emphasis on the intersection between the two practices. She represents owners, developers, investors and landlords in the acquisition and sale of real estate, financings and leasing. She also advises clients throughout the land use and zoning process before, during and after property acquisition.

Ms. Junkins is well-versed in handling sophisticated real estate matters. She has counseled applicants regarding several complex land use applications in jurisdictions throughout Northern Virginia, including representation in feasibility studies, due diligence and through the legislative and ministerial approval processes.

In addition, Ms. Junkins is experienced in negotiating purchase and sale contracts, condominium formation documents, development agreements, reciprocal easement agreements, commercial office and retail leases, and joint venture entity formation documents.

Prior to graduating law school and joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Junkins gained property management and commercial leasing experience by working for a Northern Virginia real estate development company.
