Kelsey R. Kitchens

Kelsey R. Kitchens is a business attorney in Holland & Knight's Boston office. Ms. Kitchens focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity, corporate governance and venture financing.

In addition, Ms. Kitchens' experience includes the formation of emerging entities, the sale and acquisition of privately held companies, and general corporate governance of a wide range of corporate structures.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Kitchens was an associate at a midsize law firm headquartered in Massachusetts. During law school, Ms. Kitchens competed in the National Appellate Advocacy Competition (NAAC) moot court competition and was a student attorney at her school's Community Business Clinic. Ms. Kitchens was also an intern for a consulting company that advises businesses and professionals in the private and public sector on government compliance.
