Sharenia Kulendran

Sharenia Kulendran is an asset finance attorney in Holland & Knight's London office. Ms. Kulendran focuses her practice mainly on an aircraft sale and acquisitions, leasing transactions and portfolio financing transactions, primarily for major leasing companies, alternative financiers and banks.

Ms. Kulendran's recent experience includes:

• advising a syndicate of lenders on a 39-aircraft secured warehouse facility with a regional aircraft lessor as servicer
• advising a major international lessor on its portfolio financings of up to 21 aircraft on lease to 15 different lessees with a syndicate of 13 different lenders
• advising a reputable lessor on its acquisition of seven aircraft on lease to four different lessees and the associated debt financing
• advising an alternative financier on the approximately $6.3 billion debt restructuring of a regional lessor
• advising lenders on its debt financing of two aircraft with a Japanese operating lease structure on lease to a European airline

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Kulendran completed her legal training at a Magic Circle firm and gained relevant experience at a white-shoe firm.
