Josephine "Josie" Lee-Nozaki is an attorney in Holland & Knight's Los Angeles office. As a member of the firm's Private Wealth Services Group, Ms. Lee-Nozaki focuses her practice on trusts, estates and charitable donations.

As a member of a national team of attorneys, fiduciary accountants and paralegals who advocate on behalf of nonprofit organizations as beneficiaries of matured bequests, Ms. Lee-Nozaki works with charitable organizations and estate executors to ensure donations are properly received by bequest beneficiaries.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Lee-Nozaki was a vice president and in-house counsel for a Fortune 300 company. She has extensive litigation experience in the areas of product liability, professional liability, environmental, toxic tort and employment law. Prior to her legal career, Ms. Lee-Nozaki helped develop new financial and technology products for an investment bank and for various technology startup companies.

During law school, Ms. Lee-Nozaki served as the chief articles editor for the Loyola of Los Angeles International and Comparative Law Review. She also competed in the American Bar Association (ABA) Negotiation Competition, ranking second in the Western region.
