Kyle Mallery is an attorney in Holland & Knight's Los Angeles office and a member of the firm's Tax Credit Transactions Practice. Mr. Mallery is experienced in transactions utilizing new markets tax credits (NMTC) and low-income housing tax credits (LIHTC), as well as real estate workouts, restructurings and other financing unwinds.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Mallery spent more than five years practicing with an Am Law 100 law firm in its Washington, D.C., and Los Angeles offices. He has experience representing large financial institutions, local community development organizations, and nonprofit and for-profit developers in a variety of complex structured financing transactions.
During law school, Mr. Mallery served as an officer for the Seattle University Law Review and as a volunteer at a nonprofit organization clinic, where he provided legal support and guidance to local nonprofit startups.
