Pamela A. Mascio is a senior counsel in Holland & Knight's New York office and a member of the firm's Real Estate Section. Ms. Mascio represents clients in a wide range of real estate transactions, including the acquisition, sale, financing and leasing of both commercial and residential properties. She has significant experience representing developers and converters of large, mixed-use, residential and hotel projects, as well as clients forming condominiums, home-owner associations and cooperatives.

Representative matters handled by Ms. Mascio include:

  • represented the developers of mixed-use properties in New York City, including The XI, Baccarat Hotel and Residences, Downtown W Hotel and Residences, 325 West Broadway, 45 Park Place, The Setai Condominium Residences, Miraval Living Spa and Residences, Cielo, Centria and Atelier
  • represented the sponsors of the reconstruction and conversion-to-condominium ownership of The Winston, 737 Park Avenue, 150 East 72nd Street, 11 East 68th Street, 200 East 62nd Street, 36 Gramercy Park East, 478-480 Central Park West, Manhattan House, Sheffield 57, 254 Park Avenue South and Rector Square
  • represented lenders in analyzing and making construction and other loans with respect to properties in New York
  • represented the owners of several Mitchell-Lama cooperatives in connection with feasibility studies related to privatization of such properties
  • represented the developer of The Residences at The Miami Beach EDITION
  • represented a New York organization in connection with the negotiation of a long-term lease for its new headquarters
