Pamela A. Mascio is a senior counsel in Holland & Knight's New York office and a member of the firm's Real Estate Section. Ms. Mascio represents clients in a wide range of real estate transactions, including the acquisition, sale, financing and leasing of both commercial and residential properties. She has significant experience representing developers and converters of large, mixed-use, residential and hotel projects, as well as clients forming condominiums, home-owner associations and cooperatives.

Representative matters handled by Ms. Mascio include:

  • represented the developers of mixed-use properties in New York City, including The Setai Condominium Residences, Miraval Living Spa and Residences, Cielo, Centria and Atelier
  • represented the sponsors of the reconstruction and conversion-to-condominium ownership of Manhattan House, Sheffield 57, 25 Broad Street, 254 Park Avenue South and Rector Square
  • represented a New York organization in connection with the negotiation of a long-term lease for its new headquarters
  • represented construction manager in connection with its work on a historic landmark in New York City
  • represented a New York educational institution in connection with the construction of a new building
  • represented borrower in connection with the conversion of its construction financing to a permanent loan
