Ms. Mathews also has experience representing clients in federal and state court in employment-related litigation relating to non-competition/unfair competition disputes and cases involving statutes such as Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, the Family Medical Leave Act, and the Americans with Disabilities Act.
