Overview

Daniel Matloubian is a Los Angeles attorney and a member of the firm's Private Wealth Services Group. Mr. Matloubian focuses his practice on complex trusts and estates litigation, as well as trust and estate administration. His practice includes representing individuals, families, charitable institutions, corporate trustees and private professional fiduciaries in litigation involving will and trust disputes, contested conservatorships and guardianships, breach of fiduciary duty and claims involving elder abuse.

With a certified public accountant (CPA) license, Mr. Matloubian is trained to identify accounting and financial issues that may evade many other attorneys.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Matloubian practiced in an Encino, California-based law firm, where he successfully recovered, for the beneficiaries of an estate, more than $400,000 that was misappropriated by the executor of the estate and concealed by a fraudulent accounting.
