Overview

Greg Miraglia is a litigation attorney in Holland & Knight's Philadelphia office. Mr. Miraglia's practice focuses on complex commercial matters and patent litigation. He has considerable experience in federal appellate practice, as well as in state and federal trials. His experience extends to proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office's Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB).

Mr. Miraglia strives to search for innovative legal solutions based on cutting-edge technical research and development.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Miraglia worked on pharmaceutical patent disputes, focusing on brand name infringement suits. Mr. Miraglia also clerked for the Honorable Kent A. Jordan of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

Not yet admitted to Pennsylvania Bar; admitted to New York Bar only and practicing under supervision of lawyers licensed to practice in Pennsylvania.
