Overview

Don Moody is a healthcare attorney in Holland & Knight's Nashville office who advises dental and healthcare companies and private equity investors on complex merger and acquisition (M&A), private equity, and other corporate and healthcare transactions. Mr. Moody has served as lead or regulatory counsel in hundreds of healthcare and other dental support organization (DSO) formations, mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, venture capital financings and securities offerings, in a variety of healthcare sectors – including DSOs and dental groups, vision, dermatology, urology, women's health, gastrointestinal (GI), urgent care, surgery centers, revenue cycle management, healthcare IT, prison health and surgical assistants. He has also been a frequent speaker and representative of DSOs for more than 25 years.

He is known as an advocate for clients and has served as outside general counsel for several companies. Clients and colleagues appreciate his creative problem-solving and work ethic.
