Stephen B. Moss is a partner in Holland & Knight's Fort Lauderdale office. Mr. Moss is a past Real Estate Section Leader of the firm. He practices in the areas of real property development law, hotel development and operations, title insurance and business law. Mr. Moss serves as the point person for several clients.
Mr. Moss began the practice of law in 1971 following two years of active military service in the United States Army, including one year in Vietnam. Mr. Moss provides pro bono work for multiple organizations for military veterans and their families and is the Holland & Knight Coordinator for the Florida Governor's Initiative on Lawyers Assisting Warriors (GI LAW) for active duty service members and their families.
