Overview

Marie Moyle is a Tampa attorney who focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation. She advises clients on a wide variety of matters, including contract disputes, product liability issues, as well as bankruptcy and creditors' rights.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Moyle served as a Florida Supreme Court judicial intern for the Honorable Barbara J. Pariente.

During law school, Ms. Moyle worked for the Center for Governmental Responsibility, where she researched and advised on appellate strategy for a wide variety of issues implicating the Florida Constitution. She also was elected as a managing and research editor of the Florida Law Review, as well as president of the Federal Bar Association's Law Student Division. In addition, Ms. Moyle served as a teaching assistant and tutored first-year law students in torts.

Prior to law school, Ms. Moyle worked as an intern for the Legal Aid Society in New York, where she assisted the Criminal Practice in trial preparation.
