Nick Nunn is an Orlando real estate attorney who focuses his practice on land use and all aspects of real estate development. He guides property owners through the land use entitlement process, achieving approval of rezonings, special exceptions, special permits, variances and comprehensive plan amendments; assists in the evaluation of title, formulation of easements and subdivisions, and procurement of local government approvals up to and through the certificate of occupancy.
Mr. Nunn further provides counsel in commercial real estate transactions, advising clients on the landlord, tenant, seller or purchasing side with respect to lease agreements, purchase and sale agreements, and various development agreements. He advises clients in a variety of markets including office, residential (single family, multi-family, and senior/assisted living facilities), industrial, shopping centers, general retail, and a variety of mixed-use development.
