Jeremy Pyle is a Portland corporate attorney who advises local, national and international clients in the sports, entertainment, consumer products, advertising, marketing and media sectors.
As part of his practice, Mr. Pyle serves as an outside counsel for a global sportswear brand in connection with its sports and entertainment marketing, including drafting talent and endorsement agreements with professional athletes and entertainers, licensing agreements with high‐profile artists and entertainers, and consulting agreements for marketing, production and design services. Mr. Pyle also serves as an outside counsel for a sports performance and corporate wellness brand in connection with various corporate matters, including drafting and negotiating services, sponsorship, strategic alliance, research, consulting and vendor agreements.
In addition, Mr. Pyle advises small and emerging technology and marketing firms in drafting and negotiating marketing services and consulting agreements and advising on sweepstakes compliance. He also has advised individuals in negotiating book publishing agreements, agent management agreements and employment agreements, including athletes, restaurateurs and entrepreneurs.
