Matthew Rubino

Matthew Rubino is a corporate services attorney in Holland & Knight's Philadelphia office. Mr. Rubino focuses his practice on corporate and transactional matters, including public and private mergers, asset and stock acquisitions, and other corporate governance issues.

While in law school, Mr. Rubino served as a senior legal intern for the Honorable Michael A. Shipp of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. He also served as a staff editor and, subsequently, a note/comment editor for Temple Law Review.
