Peter Scully


Peter A. Scully is an Anchorage attorney who practices in the areas of commercial litigation, corporate governance, business formation, construction contracting, real estate and Alaska Native law.

Mr. Scully has successfully represented a broad range of business interests, public agencies, and Alaska Native Corporations in both transactional and complex litigation matters. These matters include commercial negotiations, mergers and acquisitions, shareholder disputes, contested corporate elections, and tort and contract litigation in state and federal courts.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Scully had a successful and diverse private practice at one of Alaska's oldest and most-respected firms where his clients included the state's largest private healthcare provider, top Alaskan-owned corporations, national financial institutions, and a wide array of local and national business interests. 

Before entering private practice, Mr. Scully served as a county attorney in New York representing governmental agencies in environmental compliance and litigation matters. In addition, he served as law clerk to the Honorable Frank A. Pfiffner of the Alaska Superior Court.
