Gregory Seraydarian


Gregory M. Seraydarian is a financial transactions attorney in Holland & Knight's Denver office and a member of the firm's Financial Services Team.

Mr. Seraydarian represents originators/issuers in connection with numerous public and private asset-backed security and asset-backed warehouse facilities issuances, including transactions backed by auto loans, commercial and residential mortgages, broadly syndicated loans and other esoteric or specified collateral. He also frequently represents agents and borrowers in senior secured credit facilities, second-lien credit facilities and syndicated credit facilities.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Seraydarian was an attorney at an international law firm in its Charlotte office, where he focused his practice on the representation of issuers and underwriters in commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) and collateralized loan obligation (CLOs) transactions.

While in law school, Mr. Seraydarian was a managing editor for the Vanderbilt Law Review. Before his legal career, he was a financial analyst for an American insurance company.
