Samantha Sharma is a New York real estate attorney who focuses her practice on representing institutional lenders in financing multifamily, mixed-use and commercial properties involving middle-market and small business borrowers, as well as the boards of cooperatives and condominiums and its owners in the acquisition and disposition of real property. In addition, Ms. Sharma also represents borrowers in the financing of residential and commercial property.

As an undergraduate, Ms. Sharma was actively involved in various social justice groups and was a regular contributor to the student newspaper. In her junior year, Ms. Sharma was an associate editor for Dogwood: A Journal of Prose and Poetry, a national literary magazine sponsored by the university.
